The room rate is $79/day for Thurs, Fri and Sat. ; $99/day for the rest of the week but you will need to ask for this special rate. Jason Rodriguez is the contact.

The reservation rate (to cover the cost of the meeting room and if we get 50 people signing up) is $21.00 per person and can be paid at the meeting or sent to me and I'll set up a fund for it. If there are not 50, then we would need more to cover the cost of the meeting room.

~ Reunion Registration ~
Please register with me so that we know how many are coming and let me know if you would like to come early to do research or tour the town and/or the White House. To do that, send me a message at Ruhi@ruhisgarden.com with the names of the people coming, your city and state and whether you want to join us for research or tours. If you would like to go to the White House, see the separate registration information below.

~ Tour Registration ~
If you would like to come early, Jim is planning to take off the week before the event and I am free that week also to escort people on tours of the museums, zoo, Archives, Library of Congress, and Daughters of the American Revolution.

The room rate that I was quoted for Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed is $99, but I don't have that in writing. If you can let me know how many would take advantage of this, I can set it up with Jason or you can ask him about it when you call.

I'd like to set up a tour of the White House as well if anyone else would like to go. To do that, I need to contact my Congressman for a group tour as specified above. Let me know if you'd like to do that.

Signing up early is best, of course. The Hotel says that they sometimes they get tour buses who sign up for 50-60 rooms at a time so it would be easy for the space to fill up. Just in case, there is a Hampton Inn next door to the Comfort Inn which is run by the same people but the rooms are more expensive and there is a Hilton across the street.

~ Looking forward to seeing everyone there! ~
